Colorful Zucchini Casserole

2 Zucchini cubed
1 Garlic Clove crushed
½ C. Frozen Corn
1 Tbl. Salad Oil
½ tsp. Salt
½ C. Mozzarella grated

Combine all ingredients except cheese in a skillet. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Put in casserole dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake in oven at 400* for 10 minutes.
